Comfortable, cleanliness 9/10, free parking, very easy access to eateries in the same building have supermarket, clinics, zus, llao llao, 4 fingers, family mart, chatto, us pizza, marrybrown, nasi kandar yasmeen sheikh, not far from town. Got coffee, hairdyer, study table, table lamp, 24hours receptionists, ironing room, coway air filter and water filter at each level. Staff 4/5.

I found this property to be excellent value for money. After room upgrade, I was very comfortable. Having a window was especially beneficial, since I spent most of my day in the hotel—it’s nice to be able to tell if it’s day or night. The bedside cabinet featured a wireless charging function, and the bathroom mirror came with built-in lighting—two modern touches I rarely see in standard hotels. I only managed to capture a few photos since I primarily took videos. One photo highlights the beautiful sunrise view from my room, and another shows the wireless charging cabinet. Overall, I had a great stay.

Location is everything. Booking a stay here means you need not worry about parking, food, even healthcare. There's so much here, except for a swimming pool I think, which would've been great. Regardless, with the superb price and service, also clean designs of the rooms on level 8 and 9, this is absolutely the place to stay if you're in Alor Setar and don't wish to stay too near to the city centre.

Great accommodation with its price. Satisfying bed and shower pressure. Strategic location. Nearby to shops and restaurants. There are Family Mart, C Mart, 4 Fingers, MrDIY, IlaoIlao, Guardian and many more near the reception area. There is also a petrol station beside the building. Easy to find a parking spot as you can park underneath the building with a lot of available parking with security guard. Can go up the building using an escalator before midnight. There is an ironing room and a Coway water dispenser provided near the room. There is also a lift for accessibility. Fast check in and check out.

Pretty decent room, just like advertised. Easy and free parking. Can park in front of hotel or basement. Hotel inside a mall, easy access to lots of shops & restaurants. Everything is served as advertised. Extra points for tv, can cast from phone. Also got drinking water dispenser, hot and cold water. Overall really worth the price especially if you just want a place to rest and sleep.

Smooth check in process, unit size was good, not that large and not that small. Still able to put beg around the room. Aircond was okay, well maintained. Smart/Android TV, however cannot connect to my Netflix account, not sure why. 2 pack x of 3in1 coffee premix and tea bag were given. Bed was huge even for the queen size so 2 people with children be able to fit on the bed. Bathroom was okay too, no sign of not cleaned thouroughly before we check in. They have Cuckoo water filter at lounge area in each level I guess, so it’s good for guests to refill their water bottle.

Overall the place is superb compared to the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was clean and quite spacious plus the floor is non slippery. The were a lot of parking in the area and there were a lot of restaurant on the ground floor.

1) the location is awesome. Very convenient as in the same property, there are C Mart n family Mart, fast food restaurants, coffee shops even self laundary service etc. 2) the junior suite is spacious and modern. The bed is comfort. 3) clean and variety of room types. Next time can try their executive suite, the only room type that equip with kitchen n fridge. 4) easy to park car, either outside or in basement parking(free)
